我国民营企业激励机制的分析

摘要
：随着改革开放30年来的发展，我国的市场经济发展可以说取得了突飞猛进的成就。从我国初步建立社会主义市场经济体制到2001年我国加入世界贸易组织至今，我国的民营企业就像雨后春笋般不断产生与发展，在国民经济的发展中也起到了举足轻重的作用。但是，我国民营企业现有的激励机制相对来讲比较差，与国外还存在相当差距，体现在重点不突出,对象不明确,没有一定的力度,是一套比较单一化的激励机制，为此，我国民营企业应树立以人为本的激励观，制定符合员工需求的职业发展计划，培养员工共同的价值观和构建良好的企业文化，坚持物质激励与精神激励相结合，不断完善和优化激励机制，促进民营企业不断向前发展。

The Analysis of Incentive Mechanism of Private Enterprises in Our Country

Abstract
: With the development of reform and opening-up in the past 30 years, the market economy development of our country has made great achievements in a way. From the very beginning when our country initially established the market economy system to 2001 when our country entered into the WTO and up to the present, our country’s private enterprises has developed and grown up like mushrooms , playing a quite significant role in the development of national economy. However, relatively speaking, incentive mechanism of the private enterprises in our country is not very good, and great gaps exist compared with foreign countries.The problems are that the importance is not highlighted, the object is not clear and it is not powerful enough. It is a set of single incentive mechanism. Therefore, private enterprises in our country should build up people-oriented incentive conception , establish a program of career development that can meet the employees’ needs, cultivate employees’ common sense of worth and build favorable corporate culture, keep combining material incentives with spiritual incentives, and constantly improve and optimize the incentive mechanism in order to promote private enterprises’ development.
