Since the trade tension between China and the USA may result in headwinds for China’s export growth going forward,
we believe that the market can refocus on China’s domestic consumption growth potential. In addition to our preference
for major Chinese banks, we reiterate that we favor Chinese mainstream consumer sector companies, which
have dominant market shares in their respective fields.
