金融微观市场 中文教材 &学习方法

本人在英国读金融专业研究生，本科学会计专业也算有半跨专业，有门课件叫Makret structure and trading system, 听得云里雾里。用的教材是Ch.19 in Harris, L. (2003), Trading and Exchanges. Market Microstructure for  Practitioners, Financial Management Association Survey and Synthesis Series,  Oxford: Oxford University Press。 敢问哪位大牛推荐些中文教材，这门课怎么学好，考试都是简单题（开放型试题）
