CFA协会每年都会对CFA考试大纲进行变动，关于2019年CFA考试的内容早有传闻会新增区块链等考试内容，那么究竟是不是真的呢？

2019年CFA一级考纲的变动主要有study session细化标题形式更改和财务报表分析，公司理财、组合管理三门科目上。财务报表分析删除了一个reading，组合理财新增了一个reading，公司理财reading顺序移动。

一、study session细化标题形式更改：

以Quantitative Methods为例：
Study session2由2018的Quantitative Methods Basic concepts 改为Quantitative Methods（1）
Study session3由2018的Quantitative Methods Application 改为Quantitative Methods（2）
所有科目的study session细化标题形式（红色部分）都有更改，但是内容不变。

二、2019考纲新增考点：

Study session 13:Portfolio management (2)新增Reading 43整个reading,内容如下：
READING 43. FINTECH IN INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT
The candidate should be able to
a describe “fintech;”
b describe Big Data, artificial intelligence, and machine learning;
c describe fintech applications to investment management;
d describe financial applications of distributed ledger technology.

三、2019考纲删除考点：

Study session 6: Financial Reporting and Analysis:An Introduction
删除Reading 22 整个reading，内容如下：
READING 22. FINANCIAL REPORTING MECHANICS
The candidate should be able to:
a describe how business activities are classified for financial reporting purposes;
b explain the relationship of financial statement elements and accounts, and clas-sify accounts into the financial statement elements;
c explain the accounting equation in its basic and expanded forms;
d describe the process of recording business transactions using an accounting system based on the accounting equation;
e describe the need for accruals and valuation adjustments in preparing financial statements;
f describe the relationships among the income statement, balance sheet, state-ment of cash flows, and statement of owners’ equity;
g describe the flow of information in an accounting system;
h describe the use of the results of the accounting process in security analysis.

四、Study session 拆分及考点顺序调整

2019年考纲将2018年 Portfolio management study session 12 拆分成 Portfolio management study session 12和 Portfolio management study session 13.
其中 study session 12包括：reading 38、39、40（即2018年reading39、41、42）
study session 13包括：reading 41、42、43（新增）（即2018年reading44、40）

五、科目名称更改

2018年Portfolio management 改名为Portfolio management and wealth planning
