优势演化动力机制模型

摘要:现有理论解释企业竞争优势的演化机理存在一定的片面性,演化经济学认为企业惯例决定企业的异质性,而企业
异质性是企业竞争优势的根源,基于演化经济学的企业理论为理解企业竞争优势的形成机制提供了新的观察视角。从
运作优化角度出发,通过构建演化动力模型揭示出竞争优势演化过程中的演化动力要素和演化动力机制,从微观层面
上为探究企业竞争优势的形成提供新的思路,并在此基础上,以新知识的增加为例来阐述竞争优势的演化过程。

Abstract: The p resent theories have their deficiencies to exp lain the evolution p rocess of enterp risespcompetent advantage, and
evolutionary economics points out that the enterp rise convention makes a leading role on the enterp rise heterogeneity, and then the
enterp rise heterogeneity is the root of the enterp riseps competent advantage, so it is a new angle to understand the mechanism of
how to p roduce the enterp riseps competent advantage which is based on the evolutionary economics. With the beginning respective
of operation,will build a evolutionary dynamicmodel and reveal the key factors of evolutionary dynamic and the mechanism of dy2
namic,which will offer a new direction to p robe the p rocess of p roducing the enterp riseps competent advantage from the angle of
microcosm, and will use the examp le of the added knowledge to exp lain the evolutionary p rocess of competent advantage.

0　引言
随着市场竞争加剧和企业经营环境的巨大变化,
企业时刻面临着竞争对手的挑战和生存危机。企业
要想在激烈的市场竞争中处于不败之地,就必须拥有
自己的竞争优势,但如何培养企业的竞争优势以及怎
样将已有竞争优势持续下去,已经成为企业界和理论
界所关注的热点问题。
实证研究表明,运作优化效果转化到企业竞争优
势是可能的。一项对1989～1998年间在42个盈利组
织中实施的获爱德曼奖( Edelman Award)项目的统计
结果显示,其中有13个项目所进行的运作优化对组织
的发展产生了“战略性”的影响,例如ABB Electric、A2
merican Airlines、AT&T、Call Simulator等;有4 个项目
中的运作优化对组织的长期发展带来了“显著的贡
献”,例如Procter & Gamble、KeyCorp、Sainsbuty等,另
有16个项目的运作优化为组织带来的长期贡献“不
显著”,例如GE Cap ital、NYNEX、Kodak,剩下的9个项
目,如Cerestar、Hewlett2Packard和PALCO只为组织带
来了短期优势而没能对组织发展产生“长远影响”[ 1 ] 。
本文从运作优化出发,利用演化经济学的相关理
论来构建企业竞争优势演化动力机制模型,为企业培
