学习和投资心得：
投资系统：要用一套完善的投资系统来“管住”自己（如果你认为，投资的成功仅仅就是抓住一两个大牛股，那可就有点太肤浅了）。关于这一点，在2016年的雪球嘉年华上，我曾围绕这个题目作了分享；在一些小型的投资分享会上，我也是屡次作如此强调；在以前的一些文章、帖子之中，我也曾多次重复这一观点。为什么说，投资必须要有一套完善的系统，并且用这个系统“管住”自己，如此重要呢？因为，据我的观察(互联网的便利之一，便是足不出户，就可敏锐地观察到投资界的芸芸众生相），今年以来随着我大A股的跌跌不休，已经有很多的投资者终于败下阵来，他们中有的不是将仓位降至超低，就是已经割肉清仓了（曾有投资者私信告诉我，前一段时间他甚至连账户都不敢看，哪怕有打新也不敢打了）！我猜想，面对着中秋节前后股市的几天上涨行情（估计有些投资者喘气也稍有些舒服些了吧），这些割肉的投资者心里真不知是什么滋味？！要知道，在这些投资者之中，有不少人曾经信誓旦旦地说，要做什么什么长期投资的呢？可是为什么一到“关键时刻”，他们就背判了自己，成为了“好龙”的叶公呢？！原因之一，就是因为这些投资者心目中并没有一套较为完善的投资系统去管理住自己。应该说，在股市投资中，建立一套较为完善的投资系统并不容易，这需要经过对投资大师经典书籍的广泛阅读，并结合自己的投资实践，经过自己的独立思考，才能建立起来。而且这个系统的形成，也并非一朝一夕之功，最好是能够经过一个牛熊市的转换与考验。而这个系统，在我看来，至少要包括思想系统（投资的价值观与方法论）、选股系统、估值系统、持有系统，并且这个系统还永远处于开放之中，即不断地吸引、进化（当然，基本的东西会不变）。但其中更为重要的是，我们不仅要建立起这么一个系统，而且还必须要让这个系统“管用”，即关键时刻要约束住自己，防止自己一时的冲动而做出盲目的决策（比如大跌“吓”得卖出的愚蠢决策、上涨一些“乐”得卖出的糊涂决策等等）。所谓的知行合一，就是此之谓也。当然，要做到这种“知行合一”，对于我们每个投资人来讲都不容易，因为，毕竟我们每个人身上，都或多或少地带有着我们人类在进化中形成的一些人性弱点。比如，仅仅是一个短期的“损失厌恶”，就足以将很多的投资人击倒，因为很多的人都是有意或无意之中，将自己的投资账户当成储蓄账户，自然也就容不下一时较大一些的回撤。说明一下，我们的投资系统再完善，也是难以避免承受一时较大回撤的痛苦的，实际上恰恰相反，我们建立的这个投资系统，本身就包含着对较大回撤的坦然接受（这一点，是由股市的运行规律所决定着的）。说得通俗一点，我们无非就是用这个投资系统对自己形成一种“硬约束”。比如，以卖出系统为例，作一点说明。在我看来，价值投资卖出系统从根本上就三条：1、基本面发生了根本的变化，即投资的根本逻辑发生了逆转；2、股价太疯狂了，严重透支了未来几年的发展（自己可以设一个卖出的天花板）；3、找到了更好的标的（此招儿慎用）。那么，当股市系统性下跌，自己所投的标的也跟随着大幅度下跌之时，触发了我们的卖出系统了吗？显然没有。既然没有，我们则完全可以不去管它，因为我们投资的投资系统告诉我们，波动根本就不是风险，哪怕它是百分之三四十，极端情况下百分之五十的波动也不是风险，而真正的风险是本金的永久性损失与回报不足。除此之外，还有什么风险吗？应该说没有了。既然没有了，我们则完全可以夜夜安然入睡，该干啥就干啥去。其实，如此也就将自己的投资持有变得“简单”多了。

最近被职场政治困扰： 一直理解有人经常做损人利己，揽功推过的事情，但困惑有人居然做损人不利己的事情。
刚读完论坛上下载的The Office Politics Handbook。
作者写得非常好。从理论上帮我们正视职场政治是常态，不得不面对。
精要摘要如下：Politics is about power, and certain individuals minimize other things they value in their lives, such as wealth, health, respect, morality, or love for the attainment of power. These individuals resort to power-seeking when they calculate political behavior will serve their interests more than other types of behavior. In short, some people thrive on power, but we are all political animals.
What is power? Power is anything that facilitates control by one human over another. What is politics? Politics is any social situation in which power is introduced. The essence of politics is self-interest, which is the most reliable standard to measure the success of political action. Politics is about power, the acquisition of power, the distribution of power, and the uses and abuses of power.

Our purpose here is to develop your political imagination and sharpen your political instincts. This includes improving your skill at general pattern recognition and helping you see that few political behaviors, events, or interactions are unprecedented one-of-a –kind situations.
This is what micropolitics is all about: how you respond to adversity. Your long-term, habitual response to adversity is an important indicator of your self-mastery. You should not back away from adversity because—depending on your response—adversity can build capacity and serve as the foundation of future success.

As a reminder, your identifications are the categories to which you belong, your demands are your desired outcomes, and your expectations are your beliefs about the future, particularly your expectations that the future will be better than the past.
Politics is society’s method for the distribution of power and resources. Politics is the way you and I preserve our freedom and how future generations will preserve theirs. Politics is not poisonous unless you permit it to be.
As Frankl said, “If there is a meaning in life at all, then there must be a meaning in suffering. Suffering is an ineradicable part of life, even as fate and death. Without suffering and death human life cannot be complete.”
You should not let yourself become a function of society. You should not permit yourself to become a “human resource” to be plugged into (or cruelly unplugged from) the labor market. This is the foundation of freedom for you and everyone around you.
As your self-mastery increases, so will your self-respect and self-confidence. This will radiate outward and change the way people perceive you. Additionally, it will increase your ability to influence the behavior of the people around you: subordinates and superiors, and of course your peers.
The important thing is not to lose sight of your goal, not to compromise your integrity, and never to forget your promises.
In micropolitics, success means knowing the purpose and goal of your life and proceeding humbly toward that goal.
