reptdt_1:年份;
d0101b:在职员工的姓名;
问题:希望用这些数据能够批量计算出每年的离职率
公司的数量很多,一个公司要算十几年的离职率
我一些想法,不知道怎么用stata来实现。
假设第一年员工总数是a,第一年未离职人数为x,第一年离职人数是y;
第二年员工总数是b,其中属于第一年未离职人数为x,第二年新来的员工为z;
即第一年和第二年的员工名单都有的就是x。
第一年的离职率=2y/(a+b),a和b都我已经算出来了,把x求出来倒挤y即可。
