Cambridge University Press (September 24, 2007)
A fairly comprehensiveoverview of this complex subject. This book offers a pretty goodshotgun blast that is likely to address your specific areas of interestto some degree. As another reviewer pointed out, the theorems are notexhaustively proven (the authors seem to assume that you can fill-inthe blanks they leave). The list of references for each chapter shouldbe sufficient to help the more ignorant among us fill those gaps thatare left. Readability is not excellent, but this is an otherwise fineaddition to the library of any graduate level student or researcher inthe field.
