Job Description:
The consultant is prepared for Kaibo Engineering Group leadership role in marketing or Human Resource area. As a consultant, she/he will have opportunity to work closely with senior management team to define/refine the company strategies and can leverage it to accelerate her/his career development within the organization. In addition, the success candidate will be individually responsible for projects such as branding the company or designing recruitment programs to attract talents.
Job Requirements:
1.
MBA degree preferred;
2.
A few years of marketing or HR experience preferred;
3.
A team player with a proactive, “anything it takes” attitude;
4.
Fluent in English and Mandarin;
5.
Good communication skills;
6.
Strong leadership.
