GAM or regression splines or others The book of Generalized Additive Models An introduction with R provides the step by step R codes for those methods as well as examples using function from some libraries. It would be helpful to have a look.

我觉得非参数估计是没有系数的，只能得到一系列的拟合值，有系数也是个方程，它是随变量的变化而变化。
你是否可以把你的相关程序发个我，我研究一下，看能不能做一元非参数回归分析
