【摘要】	自主创新是新兴市场国家或地区特有的概念。完善的自主创新投融资环境是一整套制度安排,是多种因素互相作用的合力结果。广东自主创新投融资过程中仍存在着自主创新投入不足、创新型企业融资难度大、风险投资不能满足自主创新需求、社会化中介服务体系尚不健全等问题。因此,必须完善与落实自主创新改革法规、加大自主创新投入力度、推进科技与金融更加紧密地结合、多源吸纳社会资本支持自主创新、完善社会化自主创新中介服务体系,以进一步优化自主创新的投融资环境。

【摘要】        尽管没有一个西方发达国家拥有有形的产权交易市场,但实践证明,有形的产权交易市场适应中国产权交易的实际需要和发展,应当继续保持产权交易市场的有形性。这也是其组织制度的基本前提。统一化是产权交易市场发展的必由之路,应采用"中心交易所——分支机构"的统一模式;同时,产权交易市场应是非营利的事业单位法人,其基本组织模式亦应采用会员制,实现政府主导下的自上而下的强制性制度变迁。
