China’s onshore bond market is the second largest in the world by bonds outstanding，with considerable diversity in both issuers and products.Bond Connect and index inclusion have spurred foreign investment in onshore bonds；investments are concentrated in treasuries and policy bank bonds.Generally low recovery rates and limited protection mechanisms discourage international investors from investing in high-yield and distressed bonds.
