So I am not sure what is the story? FTP server down?

acutually you can upload to yousendit.com or megaload.com....it is much faster

So I am not sure what is the story? FTP server down?

actually I had just tested the downling and it's ok, please use the downloding tools such as 迅雷 and set the download session to 2 session.
