受疫情影响，教育部近日下发通知，明确指出今年自主划线院校的考研复试将延期进行，全国考研复试时间将另行通知。延期不等于假期，但是，这对于我们考生来说，也意味着有了更多的准备时间，因此各位要有效利用这段时间来进行专业课和英语的针对性复习。那么对于复试英语来说，除了自我介绍，还有一个必考的环节——考官问答。
这一环节主要考查的是英语知识积累与运用能力以及综合能力（如表达能力、临场应变能力等）。各位同学需要早做充分准备，尤其是我们海文钻石卡学员要充分利用复试指导资料，方能成竹在胸。常问的问题主要有以下几类：
（一）综合素质、个人背景类问题。比如介绍一下自己的家庭、家乡、大学等；
1. Can you tell us something about your family？（能介绍下你的家庭吗？）
I’m the only child of my parents, who are____（职业） and____（职业） respectively. To some extent, they are my life mentors. Of all the things they teach me, to be responsible for work and positive about life
2. Introduce your hometown, please.（请介绍下你的家乡）
I am from ____, a beautiful city in the ____（方位）part of ____ Province. （若是省
会可加上：It is also the capital city of ____ province.） It is famous for ____（特产或是旅游
项目）. And the past years witnesses the fast economic development of my hometown due to the Reform and Opening Policy. I believe my hometown will definitely be prosperous in the future.
3. Where do you prefer to live and work in the future, ___ or your hometown? Why?（将来你更想在哪里生活和工作，___ 还是你的家乡？为什么?）
I love my hometown, absolutely, while I prefer to live in ___ for it is not only the economic and cultural center of ____ province, but also provides more opportunities for young people to achieve self-promotion and realize our self-value.
4.What can you tell us about your university?
My university is ****, which is modern and smart.Every school year, in addition to a large number of lectures and seminars, a diversity of competitions and activities are held and a large number of students take active part in them. Due to its profundity and creativity, I believe, I’ve developed greater abilities in many respects and a more cultivated character during the past four years in my university.
（二）学习、工作类问题。
1. Why do you choose to study at our institute/university? （为什么想考我们机构/学校？）
____（机构/学校名） has always been my dream since I was a kid. But unfortunately I didn’t get the opportunity to realize this dream four years ago. Now I get the chance to further my study. I, of course, try my best to make my dream come true. In addition, Professor ____（教授名）is an expert in the field of ____ （专业名）, so it will be my honor if I can study under his guidance.
2. Why do you want to go to graduate school instead of finding a job? （为什么读研不是找工作？）
Firstly, I have a profound love in my major. Through four years’ study in university I find the knowledge I have mastered is not enough to solve some specific problems though I have satisfactory marks in all the subjects. So I decide to further my study.Secondly, I want to take ____ （专业名） as my life long career. Therefore, further study in this field is still necessary. In my opinion, I can broaden my horizon and enrich the knowledge in this field through the postgraduate education. It is an indispensable step for my self-development in the future as well.
3. What’s your plan for the postgraduate study? （研究生期间你的计划是什么？）
If luckily I got the admission to the university, I would make good use of the following three years. First, I will try my best to grasp the theoretical knowledge
and set the solid foundation for my further study. Second, if time permits, I will do some part-time
job relevant to my major and in this way I can put the theory into practice. Third, I will work hard to apply for a doctor degree.
除了以上这些常见问题之外，有的高校考官还会问到与专业相关的问题，比如对本专业核心问题的认识、专业相关的名词解释或某一问题的看法、对专业前景了解情况或将专业文献翻译成中文并回答相关问题等。这就要求同学们去多看本专业英语类的书籍以及国际前沿的专业性报刊杂志，进行归纳总结并且形成自己的思考，最终用英语呈现出来。这类问题相对要求会高一些，但是如果在面试中遇到了不会的专业问题，怎么回答才会更恰当呢？同学们可以关注我们万学复试相关课程，来学习更多如何面对面试各种问题的应对方法。
