Position 1: Analytic Modeler（数据挖掘和分析顾问）
The Analytic Modeler is responsible for advanced analytics on data from the data warehouse, usually associated with data mining or statistical analysis. This often involves assembling and preparing the data as well as executing actual analysis. The modeler will have a strong analytic background, typically in mathematics and the application of statistics. The Analytic Modeler will develop both descriptive and predictive analysis using techniques such as linear and logistic regression, decision tress, clustering, and others. These techniques are used to detect patterns in large volumes of data for applications, such as forecasting, response modeling, fraud detection, and segmentation.The analysis are often but not always related to CRM projects. Industry specific methods and solutions are used to solve industry specific tasks. Strong communication skills to convey complex analytical results to business sponsors of programs are a plus. Tools often used include Teradata Warehouse Miner, SAS, SPSS, and KXEN. The Analytic Modeler will have familiarity with one or more of these tools. The Analytic Modeler may be the Lead Consultant on a project.
Key Areas of Responsibility
·Clarify the business problem for purpose of data analysis.
·Define data mining application requirements.
·Define, build, and verify analytical models.
·Interpret and document the analytical models and results.
·Support clients in scoring analytical models (or score models on behalf of the client).
·Deliver a workshop or a presentation to clients on lessons learned from analysis and model development.
·Train clients in any techniques required for their future use of analytical models.
Skills
·In depth knowledge of statistics and mathematics.
·In depth knowledge of analytical toolsets.
·Knowledge of the Telco or other industry.
·Can support long term travel(80%+)
Position 2: Data Mining Software Developer(Ph.D graduate in realted field is also OK)
Responsibility:
1 Design and implement data mining algorithms, such as classification, clustering, regression, association, etc.
2 Work closely with senior architects in the US on design and implementation.
3 Write documentation to accurately describe feature specifications and designs.
4 Implement high-quality code according to design documents.
5 Produce test cases, execute unit tests and perform general system Integration testing.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
1 Experience in developing commercial software for data mining, machine learning, artificial intelligence or related fields.
2 3+ years of software development experience in Java/C/C++ is a must.
3 Master Degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
4 Good written and oral communication skills. Strong teamwork orientation.
5 Ability to grasp new technologies quickly; ability to think outside of the box.
Position 3: Natural Language Processing Software Developer (Ph.D graduate in realted field is also OK)
Responsibility:
1 Design and implement natural language processing software algorithms, such as word segmentation, text categorization, etc.
2 Work closely with senior architects in the US on design and implementation.
3 Write documentation to accurately describe feature specifications and designs.
4 Implement high-quality code according to design documents.
5 Produce test cases, execute unit tests, and perform general system Integration testing.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
1 Experience in natural language processing, entity extraction, word segmentation, and semantic analysis.
2 Familiarity with UIMA framework is a big plus.
3 Familiarity with semantic web and/or linguistic resources is a big plus.
4 3+ years of software development experience in Java/C/C++ is a must.
5 Master Degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
6 Good written and oral communication skills. Strong teamwork orientation.
7 Ability to grasp new technologies quickly; ability to think outside of the box.
