Dear All,

I asked this question on other websites and blogs and I still haven't gotten any response. I ask you all here. Please help me out!!!

I have a panel data like this,



MOP(Monthly oil production) as Y ( dependent variable)
PE(Pump efficiency), WOR(Water oil ratio), RD as X ( independent variables)
Well as individual
Date(YYYYMM) as time

I tried hglm and plm packages in R. And I couldn't quite get my results. All I wanna do is set Well as random effect and Date as fixed effect. How do I write this model in R using plm or lme or hglm or anything?
