will be held in Changsha City,Hunan province ,which is sponsored by Central South University ,Purdur University and China Metallurgical Industry Association, All accepted papers will appear in conference proceedings published by the Borrego Publishing and arrang indexed by
EI and ISTP(ICEET09 has been indexed by EI and ISTP). Selected best papers will be recommended to publish in following SCI-E and EI Compendex journals, but those authors also need to givea presentation in the conference,We solicit original research and technical papers not published elsewhere.
