A bank merger case. Two banks used different client billing system. Identify problems in the existing system and find out possible solutions. Suggest next step and how to communicate.Part II：Group discussion and panel discussion with assessors.Based on the case in Part I, pretty straightforward.电面是一个美国纽约人从香港打过来的，开始就自我介绍姓名职务然后开始问问题。前面3道答得还好，后面都是瞎掰的。Leader的例子我选了lebron james, 没想到此人是尼克斯球迷，于是乎就与我大侃篮球，问我你觉得下赛季LBJ会去尼克斯吗，等等等等。一直聊了10分钟他才意识到要回归到Interview topic来,哈哈。其实题目都答得很一般，但因为和interviewer有共同语言所以侥幸通过。AC是我听说过的最简单的，没有test和interview. 三个assessor都是酷酷的印巴人，几乎就没笑过。加我这次才三个candidate, 另外有一个人没来，汗！因为大家都是亚洲人，交流起来没什么障碍。一个中国女生，一个巴基斯坦男生加上我，大家都不是很aggressive的性格所以group discussion进行得很愉快。最后大家还成了好朋友互留了电话。下周等电话通知，就算reject也会打电话来。Faint!世界上居然有这么败RP的工作，专门打电话reject别人！就写到这吧，可能没时间回答大家的问题了，最近作业太多，忙得不行，祝大家都能找到称心的工作！
