In fact, we are back to the fundamental definition of finance. What is finance? What is public finance?

Speaking about financing, I personally think that finance, including both personal finance and corporate finance, is about controlling risks. Therefore, hedge is just a synonym of finance.

The misleading concept of financial market which only thinks that financial market and the entire field of finance are just about making money and speculating is so wrong.

The appropriate use of financial instruments should help every individual and corporate living in a less worried world rather than make them stare at the trading screen and so fear of any moment of the market.

Meanwhile, it is not just we Chinese people doing so, it is happening to the rest of world as well.

 

 

 

我个人认为周小川“生态环境观”与李扬等的“系统观”本质上是一致的，就是不能单纯离开中国经济发展环境这个大背景来讨论金融问题。金融是经济系统的一个部分，用生态环境来看是不是一个什么“圈”、“带”的。我国金融的发展（金融产品的创新等）需要充分尊重中国的现实。

要完善金融发展的土壤。这个土壤就是中国经济环境及实体经济。要加快发展金融，就必须在实体方面作出努力，在环境方面（法律、征信等）作出努力，才能创新（资产证券化等）。如果盲目创新，后果难以想象。

次贷危机是一个很好的例子。一夜之间变可以抽干市场上的流动性，令人astound!

这是我个人观点，请各位大侠批评指正！

我认为中国地大物博，各个地区的经济发展程度不一。法律在各个地区的实际实施程度和企业的违约概率也不一样，所以中国的金融生态环境建设应该注重优化各个区域金融生态环境。进而达到建设和谐、统一的社会经济生活的目的。
