R里面只给出OR, RR,HR的值,我想问怎么篡改CODE把它变成自己想要的值?

我需要一个自己定义的值, SIR=pr( yi=1/ sibling has disease)/pr(yi=1), 也就是某人的兄弟姐妹得病的话,那这个人得病的概率, 除于 这个人得病的概率,不知道在R里面怎么跟OR换算

If you know the formula to calculate the standardized incidence ratio, just programming by yourself.  If you are doing meta analysis, why you need to calculate them instead using the reported ones from publications?

Oh, you mean you wanna graph the forest plot? I know how in SAS or Stata, but not in R.

But try the "stripchart", it would give the similar one, if you know how to programming the graphics in R, then you can make your own forest plot with "stripchart"
you can make it horizental.
