摘一段网上的破解者的话，如下
I must say that Quantitative Micro Software did a maniac job to protect
their software, so it was like digging into Hell when I tried to crack it.
Indeed, they increased their security from version to version.
- if you manage to bypass the registration nag screen, EViews won't
    read any workfile, all observation will have N/A value.
- if you manage to read the workfile correctly, it stops responding
    after 5 min.
- and even if you manage to bypass time limit, sophisticated estimation
   procedures won't work correctly (like ARCH estimation and
   system estimation).

事实上，我发现，连ols估计的报告都会随机丢东西(但估计结果没有发现错误)。
这软件的加密，把软件功能和加密紧密结合，太强大了，玉石俱焚啊
有人跟踪过发现是求解非线性方程组，但我猜测他把加密分散到各种计量方法中，
像ML GMM LS，以及EViews 自己特有的算法和各种对象，如Equation, pool model
VAR system, logl, sspace等等。单单学习这些经济计量方法就需要几年的青春

呵呵，楼主您是善心提醒，还是蓄意遮掩？

真是欲盖弭彰，适得其反。

所以这个作者做了全部破解 这个小组也不是 RED TEAM, 是broadALL的小组，这个小组的破解优点是稳定，不过暂时发现了某些测试保存方面的bug，好处是 不会无缘无故的down掉，而且这个破解程序支持EVIEWS 7的官方升级。这个是他在这段话后面写的原话。 现在我在用这个crack，如果没有太大问题的话会找时间上传。
So finally I created a crack.
- you can work with EViews 7 indefinitly,
- your copy will be permanently activated
- you can run EViews 7 even within a virtual machine
- EXcel add-in works perfectly (except when you use Office 2010, you must wait for QMS to update their OLEDB driver)
- and you can update EViews (but you must re-run the crack)

这个和三楼所说的是一个么，这个实用效果怎么样？是否稳定？如果要是能有产生序列号的就好了
另外这个文件中的EV7 Crack XP.exe如何使用？将EV7Launcher.exe和keygen.dll放到eviews目录下，那么启动时是点击EV7Launcher.exe还是eviews7.exe呢？谢谢啦

yeah, stable, but not perfect
run crack each time after you update EViews 71, run EViews7.exe for EViews application.

以前我做实证时，都采用matlab , gauss 或者 ox等语言自己写，当时觉得 EViews 可能只是个经济计量学的教学软件。后来慢慢发掘出EViews 的强大功能，现在做计量，我是以EViews 为中心(写EViews 程序，不是交互式菜单对话框)，需要时从EViews调用Matlab 和R语言，感觉这种配合非常有效率。
