Position: Outcomes Research Specialist/ Advisor
Working Location: Beijing
JOB SUMMARY:
Outcome Research Specialist/ Advisor– is required to provide Outcome Research (OR) supports for different therapeutic areas and assigned products. ORS is responsible for communicating with internal stakeholders, database development, and OR program management. As such, a good understanding of OR (Pharmacoeconomics or Health economics) and excellent oral and written English skills are mandatory.
KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES/ TASKS:
- Involving in OR project design
- Implementing OR programs, follow-up and ensure smooth conduct of OR programs
- Communicating with assigned products team and providing OR support
- Setup OR database for assigned products with formulary support/economic support packages
- Developing and updating the internal databases
- In depth knowledge of China healthcare related discipline
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
- At least Master degree in epidemiology, economics, public health or pharmacy, with training in the conduct of pharmacoeconomics, health economics, health policy or outcomes research
- At least 1 year working experience or similar internship experience on researches in health economics, health related quality of life, and/or health services research studies for pharmaceutical industry, Vaccine experience preferred
- Ability to understand and respond to multiple internal and external customers demands
- Ability to manage and handle conflict constructively with limited supervisory support
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent process and project management skills
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
