Title of Position: Part Time Assistant
Location: Shanghai/Beijing
Program description:
The PTA Program is a half-year internship program designed for students who have strong interests in the management consulting industry.
In the program, you will work on real client case situations or client development efforts in a wide variety of industries together with your supervisors. You will have many valuable practice opportunities on basic Consultant skills, such as secondary research, interviewing and basic data analysis, etc. In addition, our well-designed training and professional development sessions will further enrich your learning experience.
Qualifications:
1. Graduates in 2011/2012 with a Bachelor's degree OR above
2. Excellent English skills, both oral and written
3. Strong communication skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
4. High commitment and professional ethics
5. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
6. Able to commit at least 3 working days per week

贝恩兼职项目助理(PTA)为期6个月，专为对管理咨询行业怀有浓厚兴趣的学生所设计。在实习的过程中，你将与项目主管共同参与实际项目运作或客户开发。在与不同行业的广泛接触中，你可在调研、访谈及基础数据分析等基本咨询技能方面获得许多宝贵的实践经验。此外，我们还为PTA精心设计了技能培训和职业发展等课程，以帮助各位丰富行业知识，积累工作经验。
资质要求:
1. 2011年或2012年毕业的本科生或者研究生（包括大四直研的应届毕业生）
2. 具有流利的英语口语能力和书面表达能力
3. 良好的沟通能力，工作积极主动，能承受工作压力
4. 高度的责任心及职业道德
5. 具备较强的分析和解决问题的能力
6. 每周保证至少3天或3天以上工作时间
