本人系猎头，正在为一家外资企业招聘一名Cost Manager and Account & Tax Manager的职位。职位描述如下：
Job Title: Account & Tax manager
Responsibilities:
•Plan and coordinate the accounting and tax operations for the region
•Ensure financial policies, procedures and processes are properly adhered to.
•Be responsible for taxation compliance.
•Preparation of financial and regulatory reports for management and local authorities. including
regional consolidation and individual business unit’s financial statements
•Work closely with business units for financial planning and analysis, including variance analysis
and operating results review
•Assist in budgeting and forecasting process
•Assist in process improvements and ad-hoc projects
Requirements
•University Degree and a professional accounting qualification.
•Minimum 8 years’ relevant accounting experience, prefer gained in a listed company or manufacturing
environment is an advantage.
•Knowledge in Oracle would be an advantage
•Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact effectively with different business and
operational units
•Excellent organizational, planning, supervisory, time/people management skills.
•Independent, good team player, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
•Sound computer knowledge on Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
•Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
