海归与国内博士的比较

呵呵。。。所谓留学生，高中毕业出国的大部分都是高考考不上的人，所以海龟还是要看什么情况。。。国内名校本科念完再出去读博的才是真正的海龟。。。

国内的个别高校的个别博士发文质量也不错。

出去看看肯定没有错误的，国外的大学和个人的努力程度都会最终影响一个人的水平的。

why chinese academic could not be admitted globally? why u always consider whether Chinese graduated from overseas are good or not? The point is u did not know the truth at all. Overseas have overcome so much truble(large expenses and fees) to learn Western Economics and Finance  within short period. Finally, they could choose to immigrate and work in USA or other developed countries where offers high wage. However, some guys did not choose that option and  prefer to work in China. In comparison, the wage is lower actually.Even their wage is higher than others, they deserve it. they experienced the international finance much more than others.
Secondly, If u question about their academic, of course the conflicts will happen. Since the academic here and overseas are different. There are some gaps. Even they learn the finance outside, they found sometimes they could not match the Chinese word. The fact is, some concepts might be even complicated to explain in Chinese! we are not linguistician and the real situation is China's academic is not so admitted in the world. think about that main problem, man.
If u guys wanna change the China's situation, work on , dont say so much craps.

“海归”已经不是当年的海归了，见过很多所谓的海归才学真是不敢恭维！课也讲不好，文章也写不好，人也做不好！我们国家的发展需要的是海外归来的精英，而不是山寨版的披着海归外衣的冒牌归。

作为海龟最起码的是英语写作要过关。你在国外多少年了，英文写作还有那么明显的语法错误。。。。

看人而定。。似乎还没有什么高中出去，有很有的成就的
