Graduates Induction Program Overview Graduates Induction Program介绍

Nielsen sees talent as the main growth driver for the Company and is committed to growing local talent and continually investing in the next general of Nielsen Leaders. To reinforce this commitment, China Graduates Induction Program will be held in the 4th year since 2007. Till 2010 a total of 130 candidates were chosen carefully from around 50 universities across China and overseas to join in the Graduates Induction Program - which is designed to give graduates basic information and understanding of the Nielsen organization, and equip them with basic working skills - while also empowering them to achieve great success with their careers at Nielsen! The key objectives of the GIP program for Nielsen China:    Acquire top talent for the business and link closely with Campus Recruitment Familiarize & help graduates understand the Nielsen business and company working environment & culture Provide soft skill training needed in day to day work Improve manager coaching internally Nielsen China is committed to nurturing this next generation of business leaders, and continues to invest in programs such as Graduates Induction Program, Emerging Leader Program ... to help motivate, inform, engage and empower graduates across China!
