心电图怎么看心肌缺血？

我早前到医院作了心电图的检查，发现AVL低平，请问各位心电图的AVL怎么看是低平的，怎么看上面的数字？

aVL = augmented vector left

“AVL低平”，这个说法有问题。
心肌缺血，在心电图上的表现为ST-T改变。及ST段压低大于等于0.05mV（上下一格为0.1mV）。
