between

two
major
ETEC
serogroups
were
made using
relative
risk,

for

example,

possession
of
specific resistance
and
virulence
traits.
Analysis
and
calculation
of the
ARI
was
performed
in
STATA
version
10.1
(STATA Corporation,
College
Station,
Texas,
USA).
