摘要
本文介绍了工业工程研究方法、生产线平衡及仿真技术的基本原理，以及这些技术在生产线优化中的应用和前景。其中重点研究生产线平衡理论及相关软件（GST）、Flexsim在服装行业生产线优化中的应用。文中将以卓尚服饰（杭州）有限公司为例，对该公司的生产模式和生产线现状进行分析，运用上述的论方法和相应软件工具进行仿真，在此基础上进行生产线平衡和改进，对比改善前后的生产效率，以达到提高生产效率、降低生产成本的目的。同时，也可以说明此类仿真方法可以提供直观的生产线现状，方便管理和优化生产线，使生产线可以更好的运作，减少瓶颈，给企业带来更高的效益。

ABSTRACT
This paper introduced the method of industrial engineering, the method of product line balancing, the theory of computer simulation technology, the foreground and application of these methods in optimization of product line. This paper focuses on the application of the theory about product line balancing and related software (GST Flexsim). I will analyze the status quo of producing and producing model in Excellent Fashion. Take an amelioration base on the simulation of product line and then I will compare the two results to explain these tools can give us an intuitional status quo and they are actually benefited to the company.
