摘要 随着改革开放的深入，人们之间的利益分化日渐凸显，利益纷争和利益冲突也日益增多，这些说明人们之间的利益关系发生了重大调整，而这些对于社会的和谐与稳定有着较大的影响。因此要建构社会主义和谐社会，就必须首先建立一定的利益机制协调好人们之间的利益关系，这才是建构和谐社会的基础和前提。本文将从和谐社会的重要性、我国利益关系的新变化、利益与政治的关系入手，来阐述利益机制与和谐社会的关系，并论述了十六届六中全会提出的四大利益机制。

Abstract Along with reform and open policy thorough, between people's benefit differentiation highlights day after day. The benefit dispute and the conflicts of interest also day by day increase. These explained that between people's benefit relations has had the significant adjustment.These tremendously influence on society's harmony and stable.If you want to construct the socialism harmonious society ,you will first establish certain benefit mechanism to coordinate the person between the benefit relations. This article from the harmonious society's importance, our country benefit relations new change, the benefit and political relational obtaining, elaborated the benefit mechanism and the harmonious society's relations, and elaborated four big benefit mechanisms which 16 six CCP plenary conferences proposed.
