机车车辆油压减振器设计_自动化专业毕业论文 机车车辆油压减振器设计 摘 要:减振器是保障机车、车辆运行安全和提高旅客舒适度的重要部件,尤其对于高速运行的车辆,没有减振器就无法运行。本文主要设计1种可调阻尼的横向减振器。通过对国内外的减振器进行分析比较,采用油液的单向流动原理,简化了减振器的油路,在结构上使用阻尼节流阀实现减振器的阻尼性能。设计了1种结构简单、容易制造、性能可靠的阻尼阀。在密封材料上采用1种组合密封,活塞杆采用喷涂处理工艺,减少摩擦副的磨损。提高了减振器的性能,延长了减振器的使用寿命。 关键词:减振器;阻尼调节;密封 Vehicle hydraulic shock absorber design ABSTRACT:Shock absorber is a import components to protect locomotive vehicles’ security and improve visitors’ comfortable, They can’t running if no shock absorbers. This paper design an adjustable shock absorber damping the transverse. Based on analysis of the shock absorbers at home and abroad, this paper used the principle of one-way flow of oil, simplified the shock absorber’s oil. The structure is implement shock absorber’s damping properties on throttle. This paper design a throttle that it have a simple’s structures and have a reliable performance. This paper design a combined seal in seal material、spraying something on piston rod. This design improve the performance of shock absorber and extend the service life of the absorber.
