Secondly, according to the performance of diesel engine and entire vehicle, choose the related parameters of valve drive assembly; Thirdly, make sure design program, and calculate the main parameters of valve drive assembly; Finally, make a optimal design, including important components, at the same time, draw the assembly mechanism and the components(camshaft, cam follower, push rod ,rocker and so on) of the valve drain with CAD. Besides, it requests this valve drive mechanism has a proper configuration, meet the standard requirements , safe and reliable, also has a good technics and economy performance. Valve drive assembly must ensure a good ventilation of the cylinder, and inflation coefficient as high as possible, and maintain the sealing of combustion chamber. The purpose of this graduation project is to accomplish the final study task, and improve the combined ability to use knowledge and the ability of independent thinking and problem-solving, making a good foundation for the work in the next term.
