Suppose that your company develops a new technology, but that you are a scientist specializing in new ideas. You wish to market your technology. You want out of the

According to Coase conjecture, durable goods will have zero profit eventually. Hence it is suggested to license the new technology instead pf selling it. By licensing it, the technology becomes a non-durable good because of the expiration data.
