【内容提要】文章利用山东省2007届高校毕业生就业能力与就业状况调查数据,采用Probit模型实证分析了就业能力和实习经历对毕业生就业的作用,并对就业能力影响因素进行了检验。研究发现,就业能力是促进毕业生就业的决定性因素。与专业相关的实习经历不仅能够提升就业能力,更重要的是,对毕业生就业也有独立的促进作用。

【英文摘要】The Paper empirically analyzed the impact of employability and internship experience on graduate employment with Probit Model,using the college graduates’ employability and employment survey data of Shandong Province in 2007, while employability factors have been tested in the paper. It is found that employability is the decisive factor in promoting employment of graduates. Profession-related internship experience not only enhanced the employability, more importantly, played an independent role in employment promotion.
