我刚试过，可以取消，方法如下：
报完名后点membership-----update my profile
页面拉到最下方，点下面红色的部分
If you want your membership to automatically renew on the anniversary of your annual membership expiration date, and for your credit card to be charged for the renewal, please click here.

这回新版的GARP网站，lszlion 所说的方法没有找到啊，不过看你发布回帖的日期是新版的啊。。。。怎么回事呢

登录GARP官网，点击MEMBERSHIP选项，renew membership

Automatic Membership RenewalIf you have elected not to participate in GARP's automatic membership renewal program click  选项即可

按照zhangtianyi1234说的进入了MEMBERSHIP选项，renew membership，里面只有renew  today是怎么回事？

FRM=>exam logistics=>change personal information=>at the end of the page you will see:
If you want your membership to automatically renew on the anniversary of your annual membership expiration date, and for your credit card to be charged for the renewal, please click here.
click the "click here"  then click "unable"=>OK!!
