2005年整个中国宏观金融环境呈现了宽货币、紧信贷的局面，市场资金非常宽裕，致使货币市场利率持续下降，债券市场异常火爆。求教各位大神这句话什么理解啊

货币市场利率 depends on how many loanable funds in the market. loanable funds depends on savings and investment. as you said, because 市场资金非常宽裕, loanable funds is abundant, the 货币市场利率 must be low (try to imagine you have lots of money to lend, you would love to lend it at lower rate``` or you can treat it as a competitive market, there are many people would love to lend money, in order to  have people borrow money from you, you will decrease you interest rate).
and because the loan interest is so low that many people would love to borrow money from the bank, 债券市场异常火爆~
