【内容提要】全球金融危机暴露出现行国际货币体系即所谓“美元体制”的诸多弊端和问题，但这些问题是长期业已存在的，并非是导致此次危机的根本原因。国际货币体系改革在很大程度上是国际政治经济格局发生重大调整的结果，作为现阶段“美元体制”的主要支撑者和受益者，东亚各经济体在今后相当长时期内仍然要依赖这一体制，且不具备改革这一体制的能力。因此，我们必须反思迄今为止东亚区域货币合作的思路及其哲学，为该地区经济的持续繁荣和稳定发展探讨可操作的区域货币金融合作的路径。对此，中日两国作为该地区的大国负有重大的责任，两国间的协调与合作在很大程度上决定着东亚货币金融合作的未来前景。

【英文摘要】The global financial crisis reflected several shortages and problems of the current international monetary system, the so-called "dollar system", but actually these problems have already existed for a long time, and were not the basic causes of this crisis. The reform of international monetary system is and shall be the result of the great adjustments of the international political and economic structure, as the main supporter and beneficiary of the current "dollar system", the East Asian economies will still rely on this system and won't have the capability for reforming this system for quite a long time. So, we must rethink the philosophy of the East Asian regional monetary cooperation so far, and explore an operable approach of a regional monetary and financial cooperation which can promote the continuable prosperity and stable development of the regional economy. For this aim, China and Japan should take the responsibility as regional powers, and the coordination and cooperation between them will decide the future of the East Asian monetary and financial cooperation to a great extent.
