Youth is a precious section in our life.
When we are young, we have the passion, the enthusiasm that exists none in old times.
Now we are young and feel painful. We are lack of ability to deal with so many problems. We must insert ourselves into different kinds of people in order to be identified. We must seek one right person from billions of people to love, and be loved. We have to roll up our sleeves and be ready to bend different kinds of responsibilities including our own crosses.
Once there was a popular video on internet told a story of a young man came across his old version. The old him tells the young him that you are still young, there is long way in front of your life and needn’t worry too much.
Usually we are easily affected by others. We are easily affected by parents, friends, and all the other people’s opinions and forget our own goal.
I want to say the importance of insisting one’s own goal.
Only you know what is proper to you what is best to you, just as only you know who the one in your life is.
It was said, Socrates taught his students to wave his hands everyday in order to keep healthy, and all his students tried and gave up except one. Do you know who the special student is? He is Plato.
See, waving your hands is a simple thing, but waving everyday is hard. Some people may think that is not useful for health at all and give up, some people will be busy doing many thing else and forget it, some people will be afraid of being laughed at and never have a try, and some will stop because the authorities tell them that is ridiculous.
On the other hand, how about insist on the big deal?
The results are the same, with different details. The big opinion is hard to insist, and some will give up because of the great efforts need to be paid, some will quit because of being joked at, and some will stop insisting because the desire of being normal. Being special is not easy.
Seldom will you insist on something, and few of you will succeed.
Don’t give up too soon, either affection or career.
Just insist on and on.
