If you are submitting a revision, please include only the latest set of files. 我看上面有这样一句说明，不是特别理解

还看到了这句话。You cannot revise the originally submitted manuscript. You must revise the manuscript and save it onto your computer and upload the NEW manuscript through your author centre. Please detail any changes you have made in the space provided。不懂咋操作

还有，请问下面这段是不是将那个改动文件程序中相应的空格填上去就行
Please provide a source file with the resubmission including the following:

Author affiliations
Author contact details
Confirmation of corresponding author
Abstract
Keywords
JEL codes
然后，下面这句又是指什么，不大理解啊
Also please upload figures and tables to the appropriate places.
