讲解

rate 是“评估”、“评价”的意思，前面加上 under “在...之下”， underrated 就是表示“被低估的”，something is not rated or valued highly enough. 那相反，“被高估”就是 overrated.

发音

我们在读这句话的时候，要注意 underrated 这个单词的发音，第三个音节是发双元音 /ei/ 的音。/ei/ 我们在发这个音的时候，可以先发 /e/ 的音，再把下巴抬起慢慢滑向 /ɪ/ 音，发音是音量从强到弱。/ei/ underrated.
