Business Analysis Manager - Investment Analytics
Primary Job ResponsibilitiesAs part of eBay China Analytic Center, the Business Analysis Manager will partner with the Global Marketing Investment Analytics team in San Jose to perform complex analysis that underlies eBay’s marketing investment decisions.
· Work with partners to support Global Marketing Investment Analytics across all marketing channels including internet marketing, brand marketing, and loyalty.
· Provide technical expertise in measuring ROI, business performance and running research using advance testing and experimental approach.
· Communicate insights and support the business in decision making.
· Collaborate with global teams and take part in international projects.
· Mentoring and coaching junior analysts, driving internal operational excellence, and helping to set the direction of the team.
Job Requirements

· Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines in a dynamic/changing environment.
· Great business sense and superior analytical skills. Ability to understand business problems and develop innovative and practical solutions. And the ability to help implement these solutions.
· Strong communication ability in both English and Mandarin is a must, fluency in other languages additional pluses.
· Proficient in SQL, Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience with SAS or in the field of quantitative analysis a plus.
· A sense of humor, personal integrity, and an appreciation for team-work.
· BS or MS degree in engineering, science, economics, finance, statistics or other quantitative fields.
· 6+ years of marketing, business analytics and ecommerce experience desired.
