职位一：Coupon Business Analysis Manager
Primary Job Responsibilities
Solution development, installation, migration, configuration, automation, audit, benchmark
Work with coupon team to provide end-to-end business solutions
Develop business analysis framework, including scoping business question, measurement setup, data manipulation, legitimate business insight and follow-up implementation
Mentor junior business analysts
Working closely with business partners, modelers, and management to ensure operational excellence
Managing, monitoring, and deploying to production environment
Quality control and assurance
Execution of event monitors and alerts
Indentify trouble issues and predictive trends
Develop and document mitigation processes
Job Requirement
Bachelors degree Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Statistics or related field, or equivalent experience
Solid background with business analysis framework, for example, identifying key questions to be address, scoping business question, measurement setup, insights and implementation
Strong knowledge and experience of designing and implementing business applications used for marketing strategy
Excellent verbal and written communication, including status and business reports to partners
Excellent presentation skills to interpret business insights
Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills using SAS,SQL,VBA,Java,Excel,PowerPoint,etc
Good understanding of various database platforms, especially Teradata
Data and scripting guru with practical experience with advanced SQL and UNIX shell preferred
8+ years of experience
职位二：Investment Data Analyst
Primary Job Responsibilities
Solution development, installation, migration, configuration, automation, audit, benchmark
Work with team of investment measurement to provide strong infrastructure
Maintaining, bug fixing and enhancing our production applications using SAS,SQL,VBA,Java,Excel,PowerPoint, etc
Working closely with business partner, modelers, and management to ensure smooth execution of operating procedures
Managing, monitoring, and deploying to production environment
Quality control and assurance
Execution of event monitors and alerts
Indentify trouble issues and predictive trends
Develop and document mitigation processes
Develop and test other automated processes
Act as escalation point for infrastructure
Job Requirement
Bachelors degree Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Statistics or related field, or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of and experience designing and implementing SAS Statistical applications used for markting strategy
Working knowledge and experience with UNIX platforms such as, Solaris
Excellent verbal and written communication, including status and business reports to partners
Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills using SAS,SQL,VBA,Java,Excel,PowerPoint,etc
Good understanding of various database platforms, especially Oracle/Teradata
Practical experience with advanced SQL and Unix shell scripting
Data and scripting guru preferred
3+ years of experience
