大家好，我在研究神经网络时，需要加载AMORE软件包，但是显示如下：
install.packages("AMORE")
WARNING: Rtools is required to build R packages but is not currently installed. Please download and install the appropriate version of Rtools before proceeding:

https://cran.rstudio.com/bin/windows/Rtools/
将程序包安装入‘C:/Users/cc/Documents/R/win-library/4.1’
(因为‘lib’没有被指定)

  package ‘AMORE’ is not available for this version of R

之后，我又采用了更换镜像站点的方法，也不管用。
然后，用“install.packages('doMC', repos='http://R-Forge.R-project.org')”   好像也不管用  怎么办啊？各位高手们
