感觉日本是一个地震频发的国家，其国家经济部门相应的对于地震等自然灾害所带来的经济损失的预估应该是比较客观和合理的，并且在当今欧债危机和美国财政赤字问题凸显、08年金融风暴势头平缓之际，更是对日本经济的一次创伤。面对日本的经济挫伤，很多私人投资者更为谨慎的考虑是否将生产转移到中国国内。我觉得中方应该加强国际人道主义形象的同时，进一步的打开国际市场，实现更好的经济发展，这也是进一步缩小与日本经济实力甚至综合实力的一次契机！

first up, feel so bad for the Japaneses people,god bless those innocent people.
second, the devastating earth quater seems to not only casue a bad impact to Japan,but also to the world's economy, take the manufacture industry for example, many chinese factories are facing a short supply problem just due to the shut down of the japanese plant. So, it's not just  a one nation's problem,we should all work together to overcome it.

though i don't like  japan and his people  it is a fact  that  the japanese are strong.  whatever its state is good or bad we should still  defend it and learn something from it.

i think the japan will meet a longer recession……

It may not be bad news for Japan's long run development. Japan will have to put more efforts on reconstruction, and will further modernize its industries. I guess output growth may see higher increase rates in the coming years.

But the United States' central banker says it's trying to be more clear and timing in commucating its policies. The latest example, a price conference by chairman V. Wednesday's enent was the first its kind in the 1980 year history of the federal reseave.
In his openning comments, Mr.  B explained a dicision by the federal open market commity to leave its main shorterm interest rate near zero. The commity has just completed a 2 days meeting.
