是时候结束了，但是能结束吗？
国际上很多组织机构，涉及权利利益交易是很普遍的现象。美国把IMF总裁交给欧洲，自己把持这世界银行的主席地位。这样国际两大金融机构都由发达国家控制。这符合双方的利益，更何况人家已经拥有过半数的份额。
新兴经济体要打破欧美的垄断，可惜自身的力量还不够。近几年的经济发展飞速，但是质量方面还差得远。就像我们中国，其实更多的时候是世界工厂而已。还不足以掌控世界经济。更何况新兴经济体内部也不是很团结，欧美只要许诺给他们想到的利益，他们必然会和欧美站在同一条线上。
要想结束对欧美的垄断，需发展自身，增强在国际地位的话语权，这都需要时间的沉淀。到时候自然会打破欧美的垄断的。
只有你真正强大了，才能得到你想要的！
