典型的东拉西扯。
有关高校和研究机构都自愿注册了，也就是自愿接受其排名方式方法和结果。直接看结果就行了。

强烈建议版主删帖，不知道论坛里已经有了。唉！不能太惹眼，好多人都看不惯，真想不到偶尔的发现这个排名，发出来竟然有那么多人不舒服，好像跟有仇似的。
