德国联邦经济部专家委员会关于增加德国投资的研究报告（2015年），为该部最新的类似题目的报告，检索日期截至2023年8月，我未发现类似的新版报告。
研究背景：Germanyʼs investment performance in both the public and the private sector is currently quite weak。（2014和2015年是全球经济低谷时期，德国当时形势也不好。）
该报告的研究框架、行文思路和研究报告格式可以简单借鉴。德文版意义不大，不再提供。
