Position Summary:
As a Financial Quality Assurance Associate, you will analyze and assure the quality of financial statistics produced by our leading-edge credit risk measurement and management products. This is an opportunity to help develop the latest breed of financial application tools based on world-class financial research with significant exposure to credit risk.
Minimum Responsibilities:
1 Review financial analytics requirementsDesign and implement financial testing systems
2 Create analytics prototypes and benchmarks
3 Evaluate test results
4 Work closely with product managers, model managers, and developers, in maintaining our products
5 Provide 2nd tier support in modeling to Moody’s Analytics clients
Minimum Requirements:
1 Master's degree in Financial Engineering, Finance, Economics,or closely-related field
2 Academic training or experience in: Financial Risk Models, C++, SAS/Matlab/S+
3 Ability to work on multiple tasks, good team player
4 Must be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and organized
5 Hard working, easy to work with and a fast learner of new technologies.
6 Strong written and spoken English language skills.
7 Banking industry, model validation related experience preferred
8 Strong background on Basel II, economic capital and ALM preferred
