From the author, the world is in a mess. There are two kinds of economic problem.
1. Normal downturn of economy and this bad economy causes social problems, such as situations in US, UK, Greece, etc.
2. Economic problems caused by freaky politic problems. When a country's economy is decided by idiots, no one gains money in the market.
With some connection and some coincidence, we are suffering these two problems together. As I said in China:世道浇漓，人心日下，掠民财，奸民妇，封民口，此新三民主义痛彻心扉
