In this case, if USA and those European countries can open those high-end market, and give Chinese entrepreneurs access to invest in the high-added-value products market, everything will be better.
Some of the employed workers in US and European countries may find jobs, thus expanding their domestic demand; The surplus money flowing from real estate and stock market in China will find other ways to invest, somewhat offseting the impacts of inflation; China can import some products they produce in foreign production bases, finding ways to use the huge surplus reserves.
I think direct investment is more meaningful for China to help others.
